The Management Board of Angelo Calvi & Partners Ltd met via video conference to discuss and approve the business plan presented by the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Arch. Angelo Calvi for the restoration and relaunch of the business of SW6 Destinations Ltd through the sale of non-majority shares in SW6 Destinations Ltd equal to 40% of the available shares, AC&P Ltd currently controls 100% of the company’s shares in SW6 Destinations Ltd and 100% of the shares in Coolnoyze Voyage System Ltd.

The Council has decided to independently probe the market through the network and reserves the right to entrust third parties with the task of searching for one or more investors through venture capital companies or pure investors. This estate is managed through trustees in the UK.
The development objectives of this financial operation are to revitalize the projects of :

• • Destination Management Company on tourist destinations Thailand, South East Asia, Brazil, Sardinia (Coolvoyage Destinations)
  • The creation of a Brand and a Boutique Hotel hospitality chain
  • Creation of sustainable and ecological active tourism models

For all these projects punctual and meticulous business plans have been developed and to give constant value to the company we have relied on 3 expert and authoritative companies in the evaluation of companies:
Nimbo AG of Basel, Evalico GmbH of Vienna and K3 Capital Group Plc of Bolton (UK).

The average value of the company before development is fully satisfied and proud of the Board of Directors of the company which has decided to sell 40% of the shares of the company.
