No special skills or physical conditions are required to participate in the excursions.
Canoe trips at sunrise, in the morning and at sunset are suitable for everyone, considering that you paddle for just over an hour.
Two guides are at sea on each trip: one follows the beginners and the other the experts, in order to guarantee everyone a fantastic experience.
The afternoon sea kayak trip is suitable for paddlers with at least a minimum of experience and a fair physical condition, considering that you paddle for about three hours.

Do you meet dolphins?
Dolphins are a constant and ever-increasing presence in the Tavolara Marine Area. Meeting them during our trips is occasional, it happens every now and then. It is they who find us and not we who find them.
