Learn.Care.Grow is a youth-oriented organization working with young people, school pupils, students, and teachers. We support personal, educational, and social development through non-formal education, youth work, and psychosocial support.
Our activities focus on youth empowerment, active citizenship, and mental well-being. Led by a qualified psychologist, the organization integrates mental health, emotional well-being, and inclusive approaches into all its educational and youth work activities.
We work with youth workers, peer educators, volunteers, pupils, and teachers, implementing trainings, workshops, conferences, and learning mobility activities at local and international levels
The team
Learn.Care.Grow a large and diverse network of young leaders and volunteers from across the country, bringing together over 300 local coordinators and thousands of active members. Each of them contributes unique perspectives, experiences, and skills, enriching every initiative with creativity, civic engagement, and leadership.
In addition, Learn.Care.Grow , which brings together students from across Georgia to participate in non-formal education programs. Through interactive workshops, trainings, and community-based projects, participants develop essential life skills, creativity, teamwork, and active citizenship.
Our volunteers and young participants engage in various thematic areas, including education, environmental protection, youth participation, culture, democracy, and community development. They receive continuous support and training to plan and implement youth-led projects, awareness campaigns, and community initiatives effectively.
Through these efforts, Learn.Care.Grow promotes active citizenship, leadership, and social responsibility, empowering young people to create meaningful change in their schools, communities, and regions.
