Join the Coolvoyage Network
Coolvoyage Destinations is an international hub dedicated to Erasmus+ youth, cultural and tourism innovation projects across Europe and Asia.
Through our growing partner network, we create opportunities for professionals, youth workers, facilitators and creatives to take part in funded international projects, mobility programmes and training activities.
From July 2026, following the UK’s re-entry into the Erasmus+ Programme, UK-based collaborators will also be able to participate directly via our UK operational partner Angelo Calvi & Partners Ltd, while all projects remain coordinated through Coolvoyage Destinations (Italy)
Who Can Get Involved
We welcome expressions of interest from:
Youth workers and facilitators
Project coordinators and assistants
Content creators and digital storytellers
Cultural mediators and community organisers
Trainers and workshop leaders
No previous Erasmus+ experience is required for entry-level roles — training and mentoring are often provided within project frameworks.
What Participation Means
Erasmus+ projects are fully funded European programmes. Depending on the role and project structure, participation may include:
Travel and accommodation costs covered
Daily allowances (subsistence support)
Professional fees for facilitators, trainers or coordinators
International networking and skills development opportunities
Participants may engage:
In projects coordinated directly by Coolvoyage Destinations
In external Erasmus+ projects led by partner organisations, accessed through the Coolvoyage Network

UK Participation from 2026
From July 2026 onward, the return of the United Kingdom to Erasmus+ programmes enables:
UK-based professionals to participate as staff or facilitators
UK organisations to operate as hosting or sending partners through our UK partner Angelo Calvi & Partners Ltd
All international project coordination and grant management remain under Coolvoyage Destinations (Italy).
